Ballards consulted Randalls to update their existing office, incorporating Ballard’s rebranded colours into their new office furniture, with as little disruption as possible.
We used bench desking to split employees into separate working teams and put in a fully adjustable task chair for all the staff and we installed secure lockers for personal possessions to support the company’s clear desk policy.
Separate meeting areas were important throughout the space; therefore we created a glass partitioned meeting space for private meetings, plus informal meeting areas with the use of breakout sofas, meeting tables and chairs and modern acoustic pod seating with connectivity points.
We also worked with an interior designer on this project, who set out a colour scheme to match the company rebrand. We were able to match the company logo in the fabric used in the acoustic pod, breakout seating and meeting chairs.
